This comprehensive form captures everything we need for account setup and suitability: your personal and family information, employment history, financial profile, bank account details for transfers, professional advisors, and government identification.

Estimated time: 15–25 minutes. You can save and return if needed.

Complete Your Worksheet
Your monthly income and expenses — auto-calculated annual totals

Choose the worksheet that matches your situation. Your advisor may have specified which one to complete in your welcome email. If you're unsure, the Cash Flow & Expense Worksheet is the default for most clients.

Estimated time: 10–15 minutes. Have recent pay stubs and bills handy for accuracy.

Task 3
Set Up & Connect Accounts in eMoney
Link your financial accounts for a complete picture

You will receive a separate email invitation from eMoney Advisor with login credentials. Once logged in, use the Account Aggregation feature to securely connect your bank accounts, investment accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and other financial accounts. This gives us a real-time view of your full financial picture.

Steps to complete:

1. Check your email for your eMoney Advisor invitation (from support@emoneyadvisor.com)
2. Create your account and set a secure password
3. Navigate to “Accounts” and click “Add Account”
4. Search for your financial institutions and securely link each account
5. Repeat for all bank, investment, retirement, loan, and credit card accounts

Upload Documents to ShareFile
Securely share financial documents with your advisor

Use our encrypted ShareFile portal to securely upload your financial documents. The more complete your document submission, the more thorough and actionable your financial plan will be.
